Yes. If the product isn't immediately available, we can bring it in on pre-order with a 30% deposit of the total value. Ask us about availability and timing over WhatsApp.
For in-stock products, handoff to the shipping agency happens within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed. For pre-order items, we confirm the wait time before you pay the deposit.
To Havana, 1 to 1.5 months. To the rest of the provinces, around 2 months, depending on the shipping agency and Cuban customs.
With shipping, Yormay coordinates the whole process through delivery in Cuba and the price includes freight and handling. Without shipping, you pick up the product at our Free Zone location and arrange your own transport; our responsibility ends at in-store handoff.
